From your first browse through to delivery at your door. Most orders move through these five steps in 7–14 working days.
Browse and build a request list
Explore our collections — drinkware, bags, apparel, tech, stationery, eco-friendly and more. On each product page, click "Request a Quote" to add the item to your request list. You can add as many products as you'd like in a single request.
No prices are shown because every order's pricing depends on quantity, branding method and decoration complexity — we quote each request individually.
Submit your brief
Once your list is ready, submit it with a few key details: required quantities, any artwork or branding notes, and your target deadline. If you don't have artwork ready yet, that's fine — let us know what you're considering and we'll quote across options.

Receive your tailored quote
We respond within one working day with a tailored quote that breaks down product cost, branding cost (by decoration method), recommended quantities for the best price-break, and delivery. Most quotes include alternative options where they make sense — a similar product at a better price, or a different decoration method that suits your artwork better.
Approve artwork and confirm
Once you've accepted the quote, our team prepares a digital mockup of your logo on the product and sends it for approval before any production starts. This is your last chance to tweak sizing, position or colours. After approval, production begins.
Production and nationwide delivery
Production and decoration usually take 5–14 working days depending on quantity and branding method. Once complete, your branded products are dispatched via our trusted courier partners with tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days across South Africa.

Branding artwork
Your logo in vector format if you have it (.ai, .eps or high-resolution .pdf). Don't worry if you only have a JPG or PNG — we can usually work with that.
Decoration preferences
If you have a preferred method (screen print, embroidery, laser engrave, etc.), let us know. Otherwise we'll recommend the best fit for the product.
Deadline
When do you need delivery? Even a rough target date helps us flag any tight turnaround issues early and prioritise the right stock.
Delivery address
Single delivery point or split across multiple recipients? Both work — we just need to factor it into the courier cost.
Budget (if relevant)
If you're working to a fixed per-unit or total budget, tell us — we'll come back with options that hit your number where possible.

After approval
We prepare digital mockups of your branding on each product. Production only starts after you've signed off the mockup.
Production complete
5–14 working days typical. Your branded order is packed and dispatched via courier with tracking sent through.
Delivered
2–7 working days nationwide via our trusted courier partners. Tracking provided so you can monitor progress.
Common questions
Why don't you show prices on the products?
Corporate gifting prices vary significantly depending on quantity, decoration method (pad print vs laser engrave vs embroidery, etc.) and artwork complexity. A single product can range 30–60% in unit cost depending on these factors. Quoting individually means you get a price that reflects your actual order, not a misleading list price you'd never actually pay.
How quickly do you respond to quote requests?
Within one working day for all standard requests. Complex or large multi-product briefs may take 1–2 working days if we need to confirm specific stock holdings or decoration capabilities with our partners. Urgent requests with tight deadlines — flag them in your brief and we'll prioritise.
Do I have to know exactly what I want before requesting a quote?
No. Many of our best client relationships start with "we have R30,000 for year-end client gifts, please recommend." Tell us your budget, recipient count and what you're trying to achieve — we'll come back with curated recommendations across categories.
Is there a minimum order value or quantity?
Minimum order quantities are set per product (typically 25–50 units for most items, sometimes lower for premium executive items, sometimes higher for budget promotional products). We'll confirm specific MOQs in the quote — and we're more flexible than most large suppliers, particularly for repeat clients.
Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — for larger orders we can usually arrange product samples ahead of confirmation. Samples are typically charged at a nominal fee or credited back against the bulk order if you proceed.
Do you handle delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes — we can ship individually-packed gifts to multiple recipient addresses across South Africa via our courier partners. Particularly useful for distributed teams, remote employees and client appreciation campaigns. Just include the address list and we'll quote the additional logistics.
