What is the minimum order quantity for branded executive gifts?
Minimum order quantities on our executive gifts range typically start at 25 to 50 units, but can be smaller for premium executive items or larger for budget-friendly promotional pieces. We'll confirm the exact MOQ for each product when we quote — get in touch with your requirement and we'll come back with options.
How long does branding executive gifts take?
Production and branding lead times for executive gifts are typically 5–14 working days from artwork approval, depending on the decoration method and order quantity. Larger orders and complex multi-colour artwork may extend lead times slightly. Rush turnarounds can sometimes be accommodated — let us know your deadline.
What branding methods do you offer for executive gifts?
Branding options depend on the substrate, but typically include screen print, pad print, laser engraving, embroidery, sublimation and UV digital print. Each method has its strengths — pad print for small irregular surfaces, laser engrave for stainless steel and wood, embroidery for fabric. We'll recommend the best method for your specific product and artwork.
Do you deliver nationwide across South Africa?
Yes — we deliver branded corporate gifts and promotional products to all major centres across South Africa including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein, as well as smaller towns nationwide via our courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days from dispatch.
Can I request samples of executive gifts before placing a bulk order?

Do you handle artwork preparation?
Yes — our team works with your logo files (vector preferred — .ai, .eps or high-res .pdf) to prepare branding-ready artwork for each product. If you only have a low-resolution image we can usually clean it up, though additional artwork charges may apply for complex re-creation.
