01Coverage and timing

All orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners and delivered nationwide across South Africa, including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and surrounding regions.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your location and courier availability.

02Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the shipment to your door. If you do not receive tracking details within two working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch.

03Signing for your delivery

We require a signature on delivery to the address you nominated when confirming your order. If you are unavailable, you may instruct the driver — when they call — to leave the parcel with someone you trust, or with reception at a business address.

04Multiple-address delivery

We can deliver to multiple recipient addresses across South Africa — particularly useful for distributed teams, client appreciation campaigns and remote employee gifting. Please include the address list with your order confirmation; we will quote the additional logistics.

05Delivery delays

Occasionally, delays beyond our control occur — supplier issues, courier disruption, load-shedding or unusual stock pressure (especially November–December).

Where this happens, we'll communicate proactively with revised timing. If a delay materially affects you, you may cancel the affected portion of the order for a refund where production hasn't already started — see our Returns Policy for the detail.
